Shipping Locations:

We currently ship Australia wide. If your location is not included, please contact us via our email address glsgowhouse@gmail.com or our phone number (08) 8664 1431 to inquire about possible shipping options.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Dispatched within 1-3 business days

  • Express Shipping: Dispatched within 1-2 business days

 

Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors like weather or holidays.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $250; otherwise, costs will vary depending on location and weight of package. 

  • Express Shipping: Costs will vary depending on location and weight of package.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5PM will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Delays:

While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We will have our return address on all packages and will work with you to get your order delivered. 

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please double-check with neighbors or other household members. If the package cannot be located, please contact us so we can assist you further.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please review our returns policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The item(s) must be in unworn, unwashed, and unmodified condition with all original tags and packaging attached.

  • Sale or clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return:

  1. In-Store Returns: Simply bring the item(s) and your receipt to Bonny Levine Clothing,  43 Ayr Street Jamestown for a quick and easy return.

  2. Online Returns: If you made your purchase online, please contact us at [email address/phone number] to initiate your return. We will provide you with a return label for your convenience.

  3. Exchange: You may exchange the item(s) for the same or different items of equal value, subject to availability.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is processed, you will receive store credit of the same value to your original transaction. 

  • Exchanges for items of the same value can be made if preferred. 

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items purchased with a discount or special offer may be subject to different return conditions. Please check specific sale terms.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Shipping Costs:

  • For online returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid return label and ensure the issue is resolved quickly.
